Classes are graded for beginners, improvers, intermediate and advanced musicians of all ages. Our teachers provide excellent tuition and all students will be encouraged to participate in the open music sessions which are held regularly.

Note that we will strive to provide a class for the instrument and level that you request, however a minimum number of students are required in order to support a teacher for each class.

The branch is committed to giving particular support to those with young families. A family fee allows the whole family, parents and children, to participate in as many classes as they wish.

Another practical support for families is our instrument loan scheme which allows parents to postpone buying an instrument for a trial period until satisfied that their child has taken to it. Instruments are limited, however, so members are advised to contact a member of the committee when enrolling. We rent out instruments as required and subject to availability.  The rental rate is €10 per term. We request the instruments are returned at the end of each term for a visual inspection and there is an instrument rental form which is to be signed by an adult before an instrument may be rented.

All teachers and officers of the branch are Garda vetted.
