Frequently asked questions

Here are some common questions about our classes.

It is helpful to understand the level or ability of the musician on registration. If you are a new member to the branch and have some experience we will discuss this with you. Existing members will be placed in classes appropriate to their abilities and this will be based on feedback from teachers from the previous term.

We will forward payment details once we have confirmed your registration with you.

Tin whistle is the most suitable beginner instrument.

We have an instrument loan scheme with a range of instruments available for loan on a term basis.
